I got crl rank of 45000 and ews rank of 7500. can i get an nits or gftis

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the top NITs but you can try for some lower NITs in eastern side if you deserves the Home State quota for any of them and you are female, as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the good state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
