I got cse at gce chandrapur is it good or I should go for other colleges in next round

The CSE department at GOVERNMENT COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING,CHANDRAPUR is an average course in the college. The course has an average rating and the placement for CSE department in this college is also not so good. The placement percentage here is 50+%. The average packages are 3 lakh and the highest package is 8 lakh per annum.
the college infrastructure,campus,faculties are also average.
as per me it will be better if you keep this seat as an option and try to get a seat in other good government colleges of engineering.
