i got first position in scout and guide organisatiuon training certificate on 19.8.2015 will this certificate help me in admission in college i also have state level certificate in judo too can i get admission through sports quota in college

You haven't mentioned the course or the college in which you want admission but again you can get admission in some colleges with that sports quota since you have played Judo at state level. But the organisation certificate that you have mentioned is of no use for admission because there is no quota or criteria for that.
