I got general 31000rank in upsee which college can i get

Based on  your rank you cannot get a good government College. But you can get private Colleges. It also depends on your choice. If your choice is CSE or IT then you cannot able to get a good private College even. Otherwise you have interest in core branch you can look for these private Colleges:
