I got girl rank 3000 is it sufficient to get in top clg in uptu with cs ..? where i belong to up and my gn rank is 16000? plz recommend me

Hello Shaurya,
With your above mentioned rank it'll be quite tough to get CSE in top colleges in UPTU but you may get non-core branches like Mechanical, Civil Engineering in top colleges.
I'll suggest you to wait till the final rounds of counselling as it may fetch you a seat in CSE branch in one of the top colleges through UPTU.
