Dear Aspirant,
With only 84 percentile and a rank of 1,67,284, it is extremely difficult to get an admission in Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology. MMMUT takes students with good rank as it is one of the best engineering Colleges of the country.
Though you have Scheduled Caste reservation, still it is extremely unlikely that you will get a seat. With luck, however, you may get in through third round of counselling through your SC reservation. Still I won't recommend you to wait that long and the chances are extremely slim as well. I would rather suggest you to look for other good colleges for pursuing engineering as there are many institutes that offer good quality education.

In order to know which colleges are better you should compare them on the basis of placement prospects, teaching faculty, skill oriented courses, infrastructure, etc.
To compare colleges against each other, you can refer to this link:-

This shall provide you great insight and shall be quite helpful in suggesting good colleges by comparing merits and demerits.
All the best.
