With this score you have some chance in govt medical college for MBBS but not much.
You can get a seat in Pvt medical college.
In subsequent counsellings you may be able to get admission I to MBBS or BDS in a govt college too.

Respected Sir,
You have really good chances to Get any private college with your marks. Government college for BDS and MBBS would be tough but you might have good chances for BAMS through state quota.
