You got 65 percentile in JEE mains, you can't make it time NIT, IIIT Or GFTI with 65% in JEE Mains but there are other colleges which accept this percentile. You're  JoSAA rank maybe exceed 2.5 lakhs. You need to look for alternative options in M. P., Haryana, U. P, Rajasthan and Bihar. You need to participate in state level counselling to secure your admission.
