i got jee mains in 33000 rank first atempt, i can got in nit college in seat

According to your rank , you can get many NIT's , you can get core branches in many medium nit's and circuital branches in lower nit's .

Apart from that , you can get a good branch like ECE , EE , CSE , Mechanical in your home state nit . You can also get many good iiit's also so you can apply for them .

1. NIT MIZORAM
2. NIT NAGALAND
3. NIT AGARTALA
4. NIT HAMIRPUR
5. NIT UTTRAKHAND

As you have not mentioned your category so I am assuming you to be in general category at this rank chances of getting branches like Cs, It in top Nit like Trichi, Wrangal, Karnataka, Bhopal,Jaipur, Nagpur looks not possible.
You may get lower branches like biotechnology, Metallurgy but you have to wait till spot round of counseling.

Also at this rank chances of getting Nit like Raipur, Hamirpur, Agartala,Jalandhar,Durgapur are also possible.

And you can also get Nit like Srinagar, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram

For this apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling.
