i got less persentile in september main 2020 then jan is there any comparision in counselling (i get 97percentile in jan and 30 percentile in sep)

Your rank would not get affected even if you secured less percentile in September than in January. This is so because the rank is evaluated based on the better of the two score if a candidate appeared in both sessions of JEE Main. Hence, you scored better in January and so your rank will be evaluated based on 97 percentile.
