Hello, at this percentile your rank will be very low means there looks no chance for you to get any college in Ipu counseling if you get any then it would be lower branches like civil, mechanical. But , if you have any category and you want to apply for counseling then you may try but chances are very very less.
I would recommend you to apply for private colleges which accepts admission through class 12 marks. There are some private University like Chandigarh University ,Lovely Professional University,Graphic Era,Galgotia University.
