Yes, definitely you can prepare for your Neet examination along with doing MBBS and you can get admission in another college next year -

There is no rule which says that if you are doing mbbs or any other graduation you become ineligible for Neet examination, as to be eligible for
neet what all one needs is :
to must have passed in English and in both the theory and practical of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if belong to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st.
Minimum age limit is 17 years old ,so to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2021
So if you fulfill above criteria then you are definitely eligible for Neet 2021 examination ,so don't worry even if you get into mbbs right now you will be definitely eligible for Neet 2021 and if you managed to score good then you can leave your current college and get admission in a good college
Also, there is no age upper limit for Neet examination.
