Hello aspirant,

You have to take the following documents-

NEET admit card

Result/Rnk letter by NTA

Birth certificate

Class 10 certificate

Class 12 certificate and mark sheet

Passport size photograph same as that fixed on the application form

Provisional allotment letter

Aadhar /pan / driving licence/passport

Caste/disability certificate.
