I got my marks 270 while evaluation of my omr with neet key answers,but on the day of result my marks on scorecard is 110, anyone suggest me

You can generate your OMR sheet and recheck it with the help of the answer key . If you find a mistake ( for which the chances are very less as checking is computer based and cannot be wrong ) then you can contact NTA . If ther is no mistake then i suggest you to pursue bsc rather than dropping an year .
