Firstly NEET isn't mandatory for BSc Nursing, however if you're seeking admission in colleges that accept only NEET scores for admission then you're not eligible to apply, the reason being you haven't qualified NEET irrespective of the category you belong to, with 63 marks, you have to look for other options, there are various other entrance exams for BSc Nursing though for this year application process in majority of cases is already done, in some cases admission is also based on the merit of the qualifying examination.
