If you belong to general category then sorry things aren't possible for you since the eligibility cutoff for NEET this year for the general category was 134 marks and you failed that criteria. So you can't apply for MBBS courses. If you belong to some caste or reservations then you might have chances but can't get private colleges, you have to go for deemed universities and if you can afford the high fees then yes things are possible for you.
