That's fine . There is no problem with your Intermediate marks. To get admission in any IIT , One should write JEE Advanced exam.The Basic eligibility to Write JEE Advanced exam is one must have qualified in JEE mains exam. After that a Valid Score in JEE Advanced will give you admin IIT'S.
