See, with the rank you have got in CRL as well as in OBC-NCL Category , it seems very difficult for you to get any top notch NIT/IIITs as they offer a very high cutoff rank.(as per previous years)
However with your rank Some of the NITs you may get (as per previous years trends)

- NIT ARUNACHAL PRADESH
- IIIT RAICHUR
- IIIT BHOPAL
Therefore , it is advised to you to kindly also fill up forms for other state level counselling such as in Punjab,orissa etc or in private Universities like SRM, TIET , LPU, MANIPAL , CU etc. Which acceot JEE scores for admission.
