As you have not mentioned your category, so i will tell you the records for general category candidates only.

On seeing previous years cutoff ranks, i will suggest you to apply for the following colleges with around 43000 rank under UR category :-

NIT Agartala- B.Tech Biotechnology Engineering
NIT Raipur - B.Tech Biomedical Engineering
NIT Srinagar - B.Tech Civil Engineering
NIT Agartala - B.Tech Production Engineering
NIT Srinagar - B.Tech Chemical Engineering
