I got selected in nimcet first round but i didnt pay the initial fees and did not report in reporting center.can i get admission or not .

In my experience , in any Counselling process if are allocated in seat, you have to report at centre and pay the asked fee and complete the other formalities to claim your seat otherwise your seat is cancelled and you are not allowed to participate in further rounds of Counselling. I would suggest you to contact the Counselling conducting body tell your problem. They May have any solution.
