I got the link which said provincial seat allotment and I've got a seat in a college. I don't see any option to freeze it or go to the next

A final seat allotment list is usually uploaded after provisional seat allotment list and student is applicable for admission to the college alloted in the final alloted list. However, kindly mention you are asking about which counselling so I can answer accordingly.
