I got the message that my document are verified successfully but while login its showing i m not eligible for counselling. What should i do?

It is happening to some of the students.Many have reported this error.So,it can be due to website error.You can wait for sometime and retry later.If the issue get resolved then it is good.And if it is still not solved then there may be some problem with your application.You can contact counselling center for this.
