Hope you are doing well,
As the cut off various every year it is difficult to predict the chances of getting seats and also your rank 56979 is little bit high in TS EAMCAT for pharmacy and you haven't mentioned your category too it is difficult to predict, there may be chances of getting seats or may not be.
