Well according to the last years cutoff students of sc category need to score a minimum of 405 to get a government medical college in andhra pradesh.
I'm sorry to say but your chances of getting a government seat with that score is quite a difficult task. Still don't loose hope and apply for the counseling process. You will get the best you deserve.

Dear Apparo,
Congratulations for cracking NEET 2019.
At a marks of 349 in SC Category government Medical College is a given option in Andhra Pradesh.
Go throught the state's counselling process clearly as soon as it starts. Your marks is enough to clear the cut-off by the third round. Have patience.
