Dear Aspirant,

NO. You won't be able to get any seat in any college whether government or private with such low marks. Even for an SC candidate, you must have to score around 350 marks to get into a decent college.

I suggest you should prepare again and give NEET2020 next year. In the meantime, you could join coaching if your family can afford it.

Your marks are too low to fetch you a MBBS seat ,
If your are confident enough then , go for preparations again and attempt the exams once again, if you are not confident enough then better you choose to study through management quota in your respective state ,

If you are not particular about MBBS then you can also opt for other courses which doesn't need NEET score like ,
Bachelor of science courses ,
Physiotherapy ,
