Hello jagruti,
As you have mentioned that your neet score is 177 marks which is too less to fetch a seat in any of tge government medical colleges all over India.
The cutoff marks to get any government college for mbbs should be at least 550++ marks and for other courses it must be at least 500+ maximum. Looking over this scenario i prefer you to apply for other private medical colleges for the courses listed below :

You have scored 177 Mark's in NEET UG 2019. According to previous year cutoffs of different Government medical colleges you have very less or no probability of getting admission depending upon your category and Homestate. However you can go for MBBS and BDS courses in private medical college under management quota seats. Apart from this you can try for BAMS, BHMS and Veterinary courses. So as per your choice and eligibility you can decide your course and college. Hope this helps.
