I had completed my diploma..but a 3-year diploma in 4 years due to backlog. one of an exam has written that they required 3-year diploma full time. I'm eligible for that? or I'm not eligible for any exam because of 4 year diploma,? would I get my certificate as 4 year diploma? please clear it

Even though you will get your diploma after 4 years of joining the course due to backlog, you will still get the certificate for a 3 year diploma course. it means that you can apply for any exams that require a three year full time diploma course. There will be no problem as the course is still for a period of three years.
