Hope you are doing great.
NIT Jamshedpur is offering Computer science Engineering honours course. NIT has a higher cutoff and lower fees compared to IIT Tirupati.If you are only looking for CSE and not CSE hons. then go for IIT tirupati. If you are comfortable with hons. as well go for NIT Jamshedpur.This all I can say. Select your college by going through all factors.
