I had entered my category wrongly as "General" nstead of OBC.Will it affect my GATE score greatly???

You will be happy to know that there is mentioning of your category in GATE score card. So no need to worry at all.

To avail the reservation just fill your appropriate category in PSUs application forms. At the time of document verification in PSUs, ur gate score will be seen, and to cross-check your category (that u entered in PSU form), a valid caste certificate will be asked to produce in original.

So whatever category u have filled in GATE form is right. No need to worry, and make sure don't do such mistake in PSUs application.
