I had finished b.tech 1st year at a college in telangana with reimbursement, now I rewrote entrance and joined an another college in b.tech 1st year again, how can I get reimbursement to new college?

I would like to say you that just like you have applied for fee reimbursement in the college in the previous year. In the same way,this year also you have apply like that.
For Nit and iit fee reimbursement are provided on the basis of family income.

Firstly, I didn't joined any nit or iit. I joined a college through the same state entrance TSEAMCET, So I need to apply for the reimbursement from same government source again. So, how Should I end the reimbursement in previous college and start newly in New college?? Namely the source is TSEPASS , can anyone help me with this process info???
