I had given choice of 80 colleges but I haven't been alloted any college in round 1 of neet counselling. What could be the probable reason?

The first reason for not being selected in the first round can be that you have marks less than the cut off marks decided this year.

Second reason can be that in the 80 colleges you applied for,There might be students with higher rank that may have applied which would be given priority.

Third reason can be that as preference goes down like your choice no 40 maybe choice no 1 of other students and if he has marks equal to you,he would get priority.

Hello dear, the only reason that you have not got any college is that your rank in not up to their cutoff rank, but don't be dishearten wait for the next round.

the reason why you didn't get any college from the choices you gave was that either the cut off score was more than what you got or that seats for your quota got filled in the first round itself. i hope this solves your query, for any other doubt regarding the same drop it in the comment section given below
