Dear Vishakha,
I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have no chance of getting into any government medical college or private medical college with such low marks.
This is because the qualifying marks of neet is 40 percentile for SC category and you have only got 17 percentile so you are not eligible for admission into any college through NEET 2019.
So try taking a drop next year and improve your marks .All the best!!
