According to the official JOSAA Counselling website, you need to have secured atleast 75%+ in your 10+2 or equvivalent or be in the top 20 percentile in the respective exam to be eligible for counselling in JOSAA.
According to your 10+2 percentage, you are not eligible. If you are in the top 20 percentile in the JEE Main Paper 2, you can become eligible.
