Hello Komal, No, getting a government college at this rank is not possible in any of the states irrespective of the fact from which caste you belong. You need to be inside 90-95 percentile in order to secure a seat. Even if you had participated in the counseling. It's very unlikely that you would have got any college. You should rather apply for a private medical college.
