It's a very tough decision to make. You are comparing between two domains. The only thing which i can say to you is that its all upon your interest if you were interested in medical for a very long time then go for it and if you are not that sure that you can handle that pressure then opt for engineering. Medical is all about studying for a very long time. As I'm an engineering student i guess medical is tougher than engineering but if you can do it you can go for it. I suggest you to ask seniors of your Medical college they will help you for sure.

If you do not accept the seat and you skip the document varification for the allotted seat in the previous rounds then that seat will be cancelled automatically if you go for the second round of the counselling. And also there is no such criteria that you cannot enter the college in the further rounds. You can fill the choices with the preference and then based on the merit rank you will get the institute.
