I had passed 12th in 2020.now taking admission in college in 2021 because of covid 19 . but I do c and c++ languages course for 8 months in private institute (certified).then, there is a need of STUDY GAP CERTIFICATE??

No there is no need to any gap certificate for any college. You didn't mention that in which college you want to take admission like engineering or medical or BSC or arts or commerce. Anyhow if you take admission after one year in your 12th class then no gap certificate need. But if any institution may be ask you why you couldn't take admission last year but it's not necessary.

So you can easily go any college and take admission. And if you want to take admission in any professional courses then you have to give entrance examination before admission. And your C and C++ language help if you want to take admission in computer related courses like BTech in CSE or BCA.
