I had registered as obc category in neet aiq, but I found that so many colleges do not have obc seats in aiq.Will they upgrade the category?

You need not to worry about that.
I have noticed in the last year's allotment list that the candidates with obc category were allotted seats in different Government and private colleges under the general category.
That means that the candidate category was obc but the allotted category was that of general.
A candidate with AIR 6527 had obc category but he/ she was allotted ACSR Government medical college, Nellore under the general category. This data is according to the previous year's 1st round allotment list.
