Unfortunately,you have no chances of getting a medical seat in government or private medical college of bihar with a score of 145 marks and state quota.
You haven't mentioned your category but still ,if we will consider last year's cutoff ;in government medical colleges of bihar ,cutoff for general category reached till atleast 530 marks,for bc category 519 marks,sc category 370 marks and st category 400 marks.
