I hasn't applied for JEE mains that cunducted on january,can i write it on april.Does it have an another application.

Yes,you can apply for the exam which is scheduled on April.JEE Mains from this year will give students 2 chances to apply,one in January and the other in April.
The dates for filling up the application form will be from Feb 8,2019 to March 7,2019.So,you get another chance to fill in the form.Stay updated to all the details pertaining to JEE Mains to avoid further confusion.
