Hello Aspirant,
Don't worry if you had applied for session 2 as a new candidate even after getting registered for session 1 because this will not impact you but now the only difference you would have is that, now you will be receiving 2 different results for two sessions and you can use the best one for your counselling.
If you would have submitted the same application form as that of session 1 then you would have received your final result based on best of the two scores but now you will be receiving two separate results.
So there is no any issue but keep both the application numbers and login credentials safe for future references.
