Hello Sri ram, No, you won't be able to get admission in any of the top engineering colleges or any other government-funded institutes on the basis of these marks. These colleges have cutoff in the range of about 95-96 percentile, so you won't be able to secure a seat. I suggest you apply for private colleges if you can afford it.
