I hav two class 12 certifates n frm up board (maths) and othr of CBSE (bio). I want to apply fr jeemains n neet. Will there be problm ?

If you have attempted PCM and PCB completely from respective boards then you can apply for Mains and Neet exam. But in the case if you have done one particular subject from another board then you are not eligible in that case. You will have to completely attempt all the subjects.
