i hava taken admission in veer kunwar singh university for BA session 2024-28 i passed sem 1 now i want to cancel my admission bcoz i shifted in Patna and i want to take admission in Patliputra university for session 2025-29 but my college is not cancelling my admission. I have all my documents.
