With 270 marks in NCET and OBC-NCL category you have a reasonable chance of getting admission to the BA  B.Ed programme but the final admission will be depend on the cut off seat availability and counselling process of each University.

For university such as Central University of South Bihar (CUSB), Central University of Jharkhand and Dr. HariSingh Gour University admission chance can only be confirmed after the merit list and the counselling rounds are released. I would suggest apply to all University you are eligible for instead of relying on just one option.
