Nevertheless, with 170 marks you won't be able to get a government medical college for BDS or any another course neither under state quota nor under all india quota. Indeed, your marks are too less to fetch a seat. You might have scored at least 420+ marks to get BDS under 85% state quota in any government medical colleges.
If we look over previous year's cutoff and tgis year's cutoff marks then your chances of getting a seat is almost negligible.
But with 170 marks you can get admission in private colleges of madras. Private colleges have huge fees so, it totally depends on you that which college you want for your studies. All the colleges fees vary accordingingly. So, you may visit the official website of the college in which you want to get in and check their fee structure and other details.

Iam sorry to say this but with this score it is really not possible to get admitted into a decent medical college,i would rather suggest you to prepare well and give NEET exam once again next year.
