Well with a rank of 18824 in OBC-NCL category, you might be able to get a seat through CSAB Special Round. Now which branch will you get that depends on merit, choice filling and availability of seats. Through CSAB Special Round counselling you can get a seat in NITs,IIITs,GFTIs. So better attend the CSAB counselling process and see which colleges and branches are you getting. Below I have provided the eligibility criteria for Special Round counselling -

• All the candidates must be JEE Main qualified and should have a valid rank and should aslo meet up the JoSAA eligibility criteria.
• Those candidates who haven't participated in JoSAA are also eligible to apply for special round.
• Candidates who didn't get a seat through JoSAA after participation, can also appear for special round counselling.
• Candidates who have got seats through JoSAA but failed to report to the allotted institute or had withdrawn their participation from JoSAA are also eligible for CSAB special round counselling.
• The candidates who opted not to particpate in CSAB Special Round after JoSAA will not be eligible to partcipate in Special round counselling.

With this huge rank in JEE main paper 1 you cannot get a seat in any government colleges for engineering like NITs IIITs and GFTIs. Even your OBC category rank is very high. So you have no chances to get a seat. Even through CSAB spot round you cannot get a seat since your rank is too high. So please go for some good private engineering colleges like Sharda Amity SRM etc. Here's a list of some of the best private engineering colleges in India
