Tuyyab, EWS has 10% reservation and RBA also has 10% reservation. If you are eligible for both reservations, you should select EWS while filling your NEET application form. But as RBA has no special mention in the NEET application form, while filling Jammu and Kashmir State NEET registration forms for counselling, you should select EWS as your Category and then submit the proof of RBA. It cannot be really said which one is beneficial when both the Categories have the same reservation percentage.
