I have 231 marks in NEET UG 2019 can I get a seat ?

With 231 marks (if you belong to unreserved category), you might not get any government medical college through All India quota or state quota. But, you can opt for private colleges through state quota.

AS I see your marks in NEET UG 2019 you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed Or Private Universities Colleges.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
There are only 60k seats in India. In which 15% seats are under AIQ Qouta.
FOR getting seat in AIQ is Very Difficult if you are from state which have low no. Of College
You can Try for Paid management Seat in top Deemed Universities.
