I have 380 marks in neet 2019 and rank 150000 in general category(minority groups )in which colleges i have chance of admission? ???

You have not mentioned your home state where you can get the admission in either medical or dental course. As per your marks there are very less chnces of getting the govt. medical college or dental college. You have to go for the private college or institute in order to get the admission in medical or dental field. You have to go through the state counselling process to secure the admission in your home state. The cutoff marks are based on the previous year's result as you can compare with your marks and rank.

sorry to say but this time your chances of getting a seat for mbbs/bds in any government medical colleges in almost nil, because your neet 2019 score is too low as well as your rank.

You can only get a seat through management quota in any private or semi-government college.

Although you are from minority group but you belong general category.
With 380 marks and 150000 all India rank you won't be able to fetch any Government medical or Dental college across India. You will not be able to get college both in all India qouta or state qouta.
Although you can try for private college through management qouta.
