Hello Jitendra.
You might get a govt college in states like Tamil nadu and gujrat if you belong to one of them. But under AIQ chances are low to get a govt college with these marks as the competition level has increased a lot so you have to score more to get a govt college under AIQ. But you can surely get a private college.

Yes your chance is to get gov College . Your marks is enough for getting gov. Seat in state quota . But for All india quota your chances is less. All the best n thank you.
